Authorized copy of the testament.
Data of the heirs and NID of the deceased.
Family Register.
Property of the deceased (if they are real estate, contribute the IBI-
Real Estate Tax and deeds of property. If they are current accounts, investment funds, securities… provide a bank certificate) to the date of the death.
Both the Certificate of last wills and the Certificate of insurance as well as the authorized copy of the testament can be obtained from the notary.
From a task point of view, the Inheritance tax must be liquidated within 6 months since the death.
TESTAMENTS
NID of the testator.
Complete filiation, including date and place of birth, names of parents and whether or not they live, marital status, and, where appropriate, the name of the spouse, and names of the children or in their case ascendants.
STATEMENTS OF DECLARATION OF ABINTESTATO HEIRS (WHEN THERE IS NO TESTAMENT)
NID of the person who promotes the act (descendant, ascendant or spouse of the deceased). It is enough to be a single person for the statement, although for the inheritance all the declared heirs will have to sign.
Certificate of death and Certificate of last wills.
Family Register or literal certificate of marriage of the deceased if he was married and
literal birth certificates of children.
NID or certificate of registration of the deceased.
2 witnesses who knew the deceased, who were not family.
Authorized notary to act: the one who serves the place where the deceased’s last residence in Spain would have been.
Once the statement has been opened, it is necessary to wait twenty working days before the deed of inheritance partition can be made.
MARRIAGE CONTRACTS

CONSTITUTION OF COMPANIES
Identification (NID) of the constituent partners.
Certification of the name/denomination of the Central Mercantile Registry in force (2 months from the date of issue).
Bank certification of income of the disbursed social capital inforce (2 months from the date of issue).
The CIF (Tax Identification Code) can be requested by the notary itself, obtaining the provisional one at the moment of the signing. You can also request it in advance in the corresponding Finance delegation.
ACQUISITION OF SHARES IN COMPANIES
Title of seller’s property.
NID of buyers and sellers and if required powers of the company or validity of the position of the representative.
Bylaws of the company transmitting the shares or shareholdings.
POWER OF ATTORNEY
General: NID of the grantor of power and data of the person empowered (name, marital status, residence and NID).
For lawsuits: NID of the grantor of power, name of lawyers and solicitors and Bar association to which they belong.
Of companies: deed of constitution of the company and, if appropiate, notary deed with powers of attorney or appointment of the director and data of the representative.
NOTARIAL ACTS
NID of the interested parties.
If any company takes part, the powers or appointment of current administrators.
